Shipping Methods:
We usually ship orders within two business days from receipt of an order and offer the following shipping options:
  • FedEx Ground:
  • FedEx 2 Day
  • FedEx Next Day
  • International Orders: Please contact us prior to placing an order to determine the most cost effective shipping method.
We do our best to ensure that your order is packaged so that it can be delivered safely, however we have no control during transit. If any of the contents of your package is damaged due to shipping we will replace it as soon as possible but must be claimed within 15 days of delivery. Any claim for shipping damage after 15 days will be replaced at the customer's expense.

Return Policy:
Our goal is to produce the best possible products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, please contact us for return authorization. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt except for warranty claims (See Warranty Policy). Any non-warranty return must be in the original product packaging, contain all parts or accessories and must be in like new working condition. Any product returned that is not in this condition will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
