Authorized Dealer Requirements

Thank you for your interest in becoming a WingSpan Models authorized dealer.  WingSpan Models manufactures high quality model products for a unique segment of the RC hobby and also sells quality products from third-party vendors. Not all items carried by WingSpan Models are available for dealer pricing.  Dealer pricing is only available on those items manufactured by WingSpan Models. Third-party products should be purchased directly from their respective manufacturers in order to receive appropriate dealer pricing.  Dealer pricing varies depending on the type of products and the order volume.

New dealers are required to make payment at the time an order is placed by means of cash or credit card.  All credit card orders are subject to a 2.5% processing fee. Net 30 terms are available only after the dealer has reached a spending limit of $10,000 and verification of credit references. The dealer also must meet the minimum requirements listed below:

Requirements:
- Place a minimum opening order of $3,000.
- Maintain a minimum of $500 per month of purchases.
- Maintain a minimum stock level of one of each item that will be carried, except for special order items.
- Completed dealer application form.
- Provide a copy of your state retail tax certificate or resale certificate.
- For an E-commerce business please provide domain name (i.e. www.wingspanmodels.com)
- E-commerce businesses should have fully functioning online ordering system.
